Precautions for using the fryer

1. Clean the equipment once a week and tighten all bolts. Pay special attention to: AC contactor terminal, chain and screw tightness.
2. Equipment cleaning, eliminate the use of strong acid and alkali cleaning and frying equipment
3. Equipment cleaning once every two weeks, cleaning method: add water, add edible alkali or detergent, heating to about 50℃, the net belt open operation, for 60 minutes, with soft brush class cleaning net belt
4. Do not spray with water gun in electric control box and heating pipe. Electric control box is cleaned monthly to prevent short circuit.
5. Do not immerse the heating pipe in water for a long time. The soaking time shall not exceed 10 hours continuously.
